Reservation by using the internet web site
- go to the marriott.com web site
- select city Pilsen, Courtyard by Marriott Pilsen
- then go Check Availability and enter your arrival and departure date
- should you require accommodation out of the contracted scope of conference days please call our reservation department
- go to the section Additional Information
- under the part of Special rates mark the box for Group code and enter your group code
- your group code is : RESRESA
- then press Check Rates and Availability – this will display all possible options
- here you can select your preferences for rooms (smoking/non-smoking, king bedded or twin bedded etc.)
- also enter your credit card to guarantee the reservation
- security ( non-refundable ) deposit for the 1st night will be charged to provided credit card.
- the system will immediately make your reservation and an e-mail confirmation will be sent

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
Rooms will be paid by the guests individually upon check out.

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS CANCELLATION CONDITIONS/SCALE:
Until 30.06.2015        without any cancellation fee
01.07. - 31.07.2015   cancellation fee for one night stay.
01.08. - 23.08. 2015  cancellation fee for full stay.

NO SHOW
Any confirmed room reservations not claimed by midnight on day of arrival (NO Show) will be cancelled for its entire length and billed to individual credit cards for the entire length of stay.
